Imagine you’re the C.E.O of a high tech company and to move your business to the next level, you require a specific skill set. So, you interview two people — one is extremely skilled, knows the job and knows his onions well with an A++ but you know he is not an upright person and he lacks integrity.
The other is not as skilled as the first. But he is an upright person, high moral standards.
